This yoga class is a perfect fit after a day up the mountain. We sequence to lots of hip and leg opening poses to support the hard working muscles of the lower body, offering benefits of strength to recovery in a short amount of time.

This practice has the intention to open the chest area, your heart centre, where our lungs and heart physically live. We use a backbend practice to open and get connected back to our mind and body.
Less thinking and more moving. We will let go the perfect lines of alignment and listen to our natural ability to be like water.
You'll be flowing through sun salutations, oscillating movements, fun transitions and closing the class with a yummy bridge hold (my fave!)
