Side Body

We live and move most of our days in a linear and forward path. Even in traditional Sun Salutations we only move, stretch and strengthen the front and back body. In this class we will awaken the side seam of your body, which is often overlooked and unseen. We will move through a series of poses focused on lateral edges of the body such as Easy Twist, Side Angle, Flowing Camel and Wild Thing to a Forward Twist. You will feel lengthened, balanced and blissed inside and out at the the end.
