This yoga class is a perfect fit after a day up the mountain. We begin with beloved Toe squat and Hero pose, both great for muscles around the knees, ankles & toes; both hit the spot especially after wearing some sexy stiff ski boots or shifting your weight around to steer your snowboard. We sequence to lots of hip and leg opening poses to support the hard working muscles of the lower body, offering benefits of strength to recovery in a short amount of time.
