We begin with poses and movements to warm up the spine and lift into the heart, before flowing through a vast and creative variety of backbends.
Nadi Shodhana powerful breathing practice with a wide range of benefits. Nadi is a Sanskrit word meaning "channel" or "flow" and shodhana means "purification."

The humble yoga block, gives us countless ways to vary our practice and experience old poses in a new way!
This is another runners focused yoga class. Increasing the mobility of your hip flexors and quads is a must for anyone looking to increase your running performance.
Move through a series of poses focused on lateral edges of the body such as Easy Twist, Side Angle, Flowing Camel and Wild Thing to a Forward Twist. You will feel lengthened, balanced and blissed from the inside by class end.
A bite-size practice to keep the kids entertained, laughing, balancing, hopping and flossing…. We don't get too serious here, its about having fun!
For parents and kids or just for the preschoolers at home, here’s a quickie yoga class to get your little ones laughing, moving and out of mischief!
MAMAS, You give and give this is the practice giving back to you. Allow time for yourself with this highly restorative practice; your mind and body will respond in kind. PS. Dads are totally invited too!
