This is another runners focused yoga class. Increasing the mobility of your hip flexors and quads is a must for anyone looking to increase your running performance. We target the major lower body muscles including the hip flexors, quadriceps, the glutes, IT bands and we don't leave out our tight hamstrings either! We are short and to the point with what we need to focus on. As a runner, your goal in this class is not how far you get into the pose, but your ability to ease up, so you can relax, release any accumulated tension and get the recovery benefits so your next run is EPIC.
