Rock The Block

The humble yoga block, gives us countless ways to vary our practice and experience old poses in a new way! We will take our traditional sun salutations and switch them up with blocks under our hands then try with a block between our legs. We will then switch into the core with a block and then move through some old favourite vinyasa flows . Be open to exploring these four corners of hope under you in this practice, use them for support, tap into them for strength and soften around them for mega relaxation at the end.
