Most of us boys are in the same boat with tight hips which can effect our lower backs and lower quadrant of the body. We begin with a few squats to build some heat, open the knees and lower back. From there we focus on mobility with gentle movements, basic stretches and a few restorative poses to reset the mind and body. Try not to force the poses, less can be more with yoga.
