Revive and awaken the body by opening it up through movement. Work on parts of the body that have felt stagnant and/or stuck, while exploring the boundaries of your mat.
This yoga class is a perfect fit after a day up the mountain. We sequence to lots of hip and leg opening poses to support the hard working muscles of the lower body, offering benefits of strength to recovery in a short amount of time.
This practice has the intention to open the chest area, your heart centre, where our lungs and heart physically live. We use a backbend practice to open and get connected back to our mind and body.
We will build lots of heat and strength in the legs to get us fired up and ready to balance. Ending with a few long and juicy yin holds to slow you down. You’ll be challenged, but will feel so much more aligned by the end!
