When things get shaken, unstable we need to stop, breath and find ground again through the body and mind. So that’s what we do, we spend the first half awakening the feet, then slowing move into the legs, because it feels good and connects us back to earth. With an emphasis on yielding and staying close to the ground, we work on all fours and then to stand. Enjoy this grounding practice to help you facilitate self awareness and stability back into your day.
