Chest & Shoulders

This short but sweet mellow class is great for those that have been on the computer all day or just know that this IS the area of tension for you. We begin with a series of fluid movements focusing on bringing space and mobility back to the neck and shoulders . For the second half of this practice, we do two deep supported backends, one prone, 'Sphinx' and one supine, 'Fish' to end the practice in the most delicious way. Use this class regularly and enjoy the newfound space in your upper body.
