Yin Renew

For all bodies and levels. During this class, you’ll enjoy working on the lower body, including the adductors, hamstrings and glutes. Thoughtfully flow through many yin favourite’s while being guided by Hassan’s helpful cues and tips, so you can get the most out of each pose.

You don’t necessarily need props for this class, but Hassan does recommend having a few around (books, blankets, bolster or pillow).
