Find Your Flow State | 7-Day Class Plan

The yogi ‘Flow State.’ Where the body and breath unite, the mind is focused but calm and you’ve found the sweet spot between effort and effortlessness.

Move at a steady pace that allows you to withdraw the senses within (pratyahara) so you can linger in the present moment. It’s like a moving meditation, and it’s bliss.

This is your practice, so listen to your body and take rest days as often as needed. Do the class plan with a friend or loved one and make each other accountable - because it feels so darn good when you do…

DAY 1
Energising Flow (24-Mins)

This Ladder flow is a full-spectrum practice, as we move from Downdog to Flipdog, twists and balancing poses, creating a lot of heat in a short amount of time. Our creative yogini Alysa will have you smiling, sweating and walking away strong from head to toe.

DAY 2
Detox Flow (30-Mins)

We start with by stoking the digestive fire by building a deep rhythmic breath before moving continuously for 25 minutes, increasing circulation, and relaxing our mental landscape. The mind becomes stable and still; the body will become free and light!

DAY 3
Strong & Sexy Arms (14-Mins)

This practice is short and gets right to the point. Creative vinyasa poses will be stacked, one after the other to create a ladder flow. Yogis should expect a lot of movement around the shoulders, some heat and more importantly, a lot of fun!

DAY 4: TAKE A WELL-DESERVED DAY OFF.

DAY 5
Flow Like Water (41-Mins)

Less thinking and more moving. Let go of the perfect alignment lines and listen to your natural ability to be like water. Be seamless in your transitions, link breath with movement and stay at ease during your practice.

DAY 6
Mandala Flow (16-Mins)

We have an inspired class which flows dynamically 360 degrees around the yoga mat. This is a playful and creative class, designed to leave you feeling energised and upbeat.

DAY 7
*NEW* Ladder Flow (43-Mins)

In this ladder flow, Ceri focuses on your shoulder strength and core work as you play with poses such as open dog, fallen triangle and flip dog (wild thing). Have fun, flow and build on your strength.
