How The O-Team Moves

As Tim is still playing rugby professionally, he is currently doing 15 hours of training and recovery each week.

TRAINING: Weight sessions, speed sessions, conditioning, running and HIIT training weekly.

RECOVERY: 2 x yoga classes, 1 x float, 1 x massage and 1 x sauna every week.
