Your Stay | Abel Tasman Lodge

5-Minutes walk from the entrance to the Abel Tasman National Park and proudly rated New Zealand’s number 1 Small Hotel in 2019 & 2020 by TripAdvisor.

All rooms are twin-share and can be either 1 x Queen or 2 x single beds. Each studio includes unlimited WiFi and all the standard luxuries of a hotel room (fridge, kettle, toaster, tea/coffee, daily cleaning + toiletries etc.).

Lie down, relax and withdraw from the world as you experience the healing frequencies of sound. Trigger the brainwave states associated with both sleep and deep meditation. Reset the mind and body.

Yin Yoga Classes

An integration of yin and restorative practices. Let go of tension through slowing down and going deep into simple poses. You will stretch. You will feel calm. Your body will be rested. You will receive blissful head massages.

Bark Bay - Anchorage Adventure

A mindful hike to prime your brain, reduce stress, calm anxiety, boost your mood and increase clarity, promote creativity and wellbeing. This is our favourite section of the Abel Tasman and is only 11.5kms or 3-4hrs.

Myofascial Release

Feels similar to a deep tissue massage. Release tension in your head, neck, shoulders, arms, back, hips, legs and feet and literally any other parts of the body needing TLC. Take the therapy balls home with you.

I definitely don’t take myself too seriously, and apply this lightheartedness to everything I do. Feel comfortable enough to do you, have fun, relax and enjoy yoga (that’s kind of the point). As a recent explorer of the Abel Tasman, I can’t wait to show you around and share its secrets.

Terms + Conditions

  • Pay the deposit or in full on/before the 31st July to take advantage of the earlybird offer.

  • From 1st August, the price increases to $1790pp.

  • Full payment is due by the 30th September, 2021 for the October Retreat and by the 30th October for the November Retreat. All payments are to be made at the studio or over the phone.

  • You can not change your booking from one retreat date to another once deposit has been made. Thank you.

  • We offer a Payment Plan after you make the initial $500 deposit. Please email alysa@ostudio.co.nz for details and to set-up.

  • All paid monies are non-refundable, but can be transferred to another name if you can no longer attend.

  • Retreat cost does not include flights, transport to/from the Abel Tasman, transfers or travel insurance.
