Athletes/Recovery Class Recommendations


MELLOW is restorative, your “work in” more than a “work out” -  great for chilling out and recovery, we tend to use more props in this class like straps, blankets, pillows and blocks.

DYNAMIC is breath movement, where we integrate more strength and flexibility together in one practice- good on a training day as the body is already warmed up and not used as recovery day. 

ALIGN is more static movements, longer holds. Refining alignment and attention to detail.
